Developmental
Varieties

GoodHemp also offers developmental varieties.

Developmental varieties are the latest innovations from our breeding team. They offer a "sneak peek" into our varieties that will be commercially launched in coming years. They have value-added characteristics like:

  • Improvements in architecture to improve harvestability or diminish disease pressure
  • Additional cannabinoid production, like CBG or CBDv
  • Non-detectable THC levels
  • Improved ratios of CBD to THC to improve likelihood of USDA compliance and profitability

They are brand new and untested in field production environments. Growers who become our GoodHemp Innovation Partners can access limited volumes of developmental varieties for prototyping in their fields.

ASG-212-111

ASG-212-111

Bred to produce a medium width plant to enable slightly higher planting density thus increasing canopy closure and per acre yields.

ASG-212-222

ASG-212-222

Ultra-low THC, with high biomass yields.

ASG-212-333

ASG-212-333

This is a cross by a super vigorous autoflower

We expect autoflower to be recessive but may shorten time to harvest. We expect this cross to enable higher overall CBD yields than other varieties.

ASG-212-444

ASG-212-444

This variety is bred for a slender architecture while maintaining high per-plant yields enabling a higher density planting and overall higher per acreage yield.

ASG-212-555

ASG-212-555

This variety is expected to have a less bushy architecture while bringing excellent vigor, robust growth and should be able to stand up to the elements.
